The law makers ran to Abuja to stay with their father oshiomole for more than a year after they were duly elected by their constituents.. The constitution say that when an elected officer refuses to resume his post of office within three months, the seat will be declared vacant.. They abandoned their state to stay in Abuja because the governor wanted somebody else to be the speaker.. As of now by law, they are not even members elect anymore.. Their seats have been declared vacant long ago..

It's so unfortunate that this is happening in Edo State.... I thought Obaseki was more prepared than this! He should have iniwn that Oshiomole is fighting the battle of his life and will do everything possible to unsit him. Obaseki should have taken good care of these members of the house of assembly....anyhow! Obaseki should have mole in the camp of APC....Obaseki should be in charge of the state... totally and wholly! Obaseki should have started the renovation of that complex long before now.... Obaseki is aware that the deputy clerk is not for him, why did he not redeploy him before now.... Obaseki needs better and tactful advisers.
