Congrats man,just a couple of questions.

1. When did you file and how long did your ead and green card take to be approved
2. Did the covid 19 affect your biometrics
3. When did your employment authorization get approved and after how long did you get your ead Card.

And as regards the interview waiver,there is a video I watched on YouTube about the uscis waiving interview for temporary green cards cos of the covid 19 thing but when you want to remove conditions on it 2 years later is when they will drill you again as to your marriage and all that jazz so I hope it goes the same way for most of us waiting for our stuff too.big congratulations man.we move

There are currently no interviews been granted and no given dates as at when they will start.

But it seems when they start interviewing one-on-one, priority might be given for those who intend to travel on Student Visas, because most schools will resume for the Fall Semester by mid-August.

Other classes of Visas will definitely also have their attention.

If your son is already in US, don't do any visa for him but don't forget to fill his info in your K1 application. Once you are in US and get the green card, see how to make your son legal, maybe you will need to get his custody and then apply for him. Consult a lawyer but all after you are in US. Don't complicate your K1.

Not if they are currently out of status and misrepresented themselves ( in this case, the Ex wife) to the US embassy. She committed visa fraud and the ex husband might pay for it. There is a high chance he'll be put on administrative processing.

I do hope he gets his visa processed without issues but the whole situation is just really fishy, almost like it's all planned out.

pay your visa fee at any GT bank branch, create an account on www.ustraveldoc.com and wait for appointment dates to pop up, currently there are no dates as the US embassy is still closed, I wish you all the best.

Please the gurus in the house, my fiance is filling in our k1 form but she's asking if I have used any other names before according to what its in the form. My answer is yes until but I stop using that name some years ago but I did not do legal document of affidavit as to change of name. My question is should we just say no in that place to avoid complications or if yes must I submit a legal document as to change of name when she send it to USICS?

While a few people got their Green Cards without having an interview (they had their interviews waived).

congrats on your NOA2 approval, your case will be mailed to nvc who will assign case no to you before shipping to US embassy in Lagos.

@brownesugar, thank you very much. I got my NOA1 a week after mailing my package off. I will suggest you track the money order you bought to see if they've been cashed. If the money orders are cashed already, then be rest assured that your will hear from USCIS soon.
