do you mean you have gotten an ITA already. According to IRCC requirement, It is not needed since you are the PA. Your husband did not have any Canadian experience and you didn't claim any point from his work experience.
Tolzzzzz123:
Good evening everyone, please I need to know if my husband will also be uploading a letter from his employer and bank statement. I am the principal applicant and we are already filling the application form. Thank you

I will still direct you back to Please for God sake and your own benefit in this Journey(long journey), to do alot of research by spending some hours (if not days) on page 1 of this Thread and hours (if not days) on google and https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada.html.
The reason for me saying this is that you seem to be a novice to start this journey, You have started on a bit of right step by your wife taking the IELTS test but to proceed, you need to know more about this Journey before you embark on it. its not too late, By the way, How old is your wife and Hold are you? Tell us about Yourself too. Your wife alone is not the factor in this Journey.
The Code is Research, Research, Research and alot of Reading, Even those already in Canada are reading about this journey to stay updated.
Welcome onboard.

Thank you,

Yes, thanks Chief
Mailed pebc already...was told to either contact my financial institution or make use of a credit card( as oppose to debit card)

Passerby2:

This might be because the payment exceeds $500 which is the benchmark for most banks. Maybe you should try a card with higher limits.
If that doesn't work, I'd recommend you send them a mail.

Have you evaluated your credentials? If not, evaluate your ond&Hnd using WES, write IELTS. If you haven't evaluated your wife's degree, evaluate her master's degree. With her IELTS result and age,she stands a good chance.
Like you were advised, READ PAGE 1 and digest it.

Good, with this, If you have not started ur ECA, Start the evaluation now. Time is of the essence,
1. ECA(both of you) Her Masters and Your HND
2. Prepare to write IELTS.
3. after these, create ur EE profile and dive into the Pool. You both would be good for PA for currently, should be good as PA because of her Masters.
best of Luck

there was an oinp draw in june for human capital stream. 471 to 500. A friend who is also on this thread was on 468. re did ielts instead of waiting.increased scores to 471. Oinp came knocking. Has ITA now. So it can happen again
He got the nomination in June or July?

The nomination in July picked people between 463 - 477. There's been a draw of 476 afterwards and there's likely going to be another draw before the next OINP. Based on the history of Ontario, on how they tend to pick people from one point less the last draw, I think 468 is a safe score for OINP but she's planning to sit for BC CBT on 22nd of this month. She still has 6points left from IELTS so if she maxes out this time around, she'd be on 474 and might not even need a nomination to scale through.

my brother, if it is PNP, let her focuse on it ooo. BC just held another PNP draw and 437 applicants were invited, https://www.cicnews.com/2020/08/b-c-invites-437-immigration-candidates-in-new-pnp-draw-0815166.html#gs.ca87vi so its looking like the next EE draw will tend towards PNP/CEC as more Provinces are issuing out nominations. the CRS score is not likely to drop o.

Please house, I have a question bothering me. I started working in 2015 after Nysc but I had my masters between 2017_2019. I was working while doing the masters, while calculating my work experience, will I calculate the masters period since it was a full time or I have to remove that period from my work experience?

No one can advice on NOC until they see your job duties. Titles don't matter when it comes to choosing NOCs. A marketer fits into NOC 1123 but your job duties might differ from what is stated on the Canadian website. Kindly state the duties you performed in this role for us to advice accordingly.

I think NOC 0124 covers Marketing, public relations and advertising but what did you study?

While IRCC accepts foreign work experience during studies, it still depends on the cities you studied and where you were working. If you were studying in Lokoja and was working in Lagos, it is going to be hard to convince the CO but if you were working in Lagos and studied in Lagos, then you can attach a LOE to your application to explain this. To be safe, it is best to just exclude years of study from the years of work experience - if you meet the minimum requirement. If you don't, include it and be hopeful that you will get a lenient CO.

0124 is a managerial role. 1123 covers it if you aren't a manager.

Thanks for the response, I was working in Abeokuta and did the masters in Ibadan but the lecture days were just Thursdays and Fridays. Can I include this in the LOE cus removing it totally will remove about 2 years plus and I will be left with 2 years plus. What's your suggestion pls

Abeokuta to Ibadan is fair. Include it and attach an LOE. You should be fine.

1. What is the next step of application - Get into the Express Entry pool.

2. Which one will she apply for ( ITA EE or PNR PNP) - Try both. If her occupation is in-demand in Canada, she might get a nomination from a province but with 442 CRS, I doubt such nomination would come from Ontario.

3. What is the total cost of the process - You can ascertain this from the start, you just have to start then note down the cost but with around 1m - excluding the POF, you should be fine. Especially now that she's passed IELTS.

4. Our baby is just 2months , does she need international airport - Yes, she's going to need an international passport but not now. She will need it when you get PPR.

5. When she's applying, will she need my international passport because I will not be in country during the application - Just a soft copy of your passport data page will do. You do not have to drop your passport with her.

Yes, hopefully, that will be fine. Since it's a 2-year masters program, the work experience garnered during this period should not stir a fuss.

She can study French. It can boost your scores by over 40 points if she has a high score in TEF.

Have you evaluated your education credentials? Also consider taking and scoring high in IELTS. You should easily be on 460+ if you've evaluated your OND/HND and score highly in IELTS.

This duties aren't any close to that of a Marketing officer on the NOC page. Look more into NOC 6235. Check to see if you perform what's in the lead statement.

You can also check 1232.

While assimulating, I noticed that when ielts is maxed for Pa that intends to travel with her spouse, it's 128 points but when it's maxed for Pa only, it gives 136 points.
Can Pa who intends to travel with her spouse gets 136 points with 8.5,8,7.5,7.5 LRWS?
Again, what is the maximum points an accompanied spouse can get in ielts to support Pa?
I've been seen 20 points all along.
