Nope. She said she lived there all her life and only moved to Naija last year (for the first time) to pursue her music career . The most annoying thing is that she keeps stressing Central London . Tolani said she spent her formative years in Naija and only went to the States for college after high school in Naija. That makes sense. But Vee with this her inconsistent English/Naija accent, I just have a funny feeling she was born in Naija and moved to the UK as a teenager. Either that or she grew up in one of those hardcore Nigerian communities in South East London. But I know people that grew up in those communities and they cannot pronounce Yoruba words the way she does.
