When a case like the above presents itself, proper medical laboratory investigation can bevdone with referral to physician whom the Scientist or laboratory works or partners with as I have so advised him hereunder...

A fake uncertified lab ran the test. That's not a symptom of S. aureus . Go to a proper accredited medical diagnostic/laboratory center run by a licensed Medical Scientist and do a Urethral swab, the pus from the tip of your penis should be collected and a direct gram stain done on it.

I suspect it will reveal intracellular diplococci cells and every medical professional should know what that means.

Sorry man, i have been there before so i know how it feels. Go see a doctor, my own was similar to yours after using some antibiotics ranging from ciprotab, Nitrofurantoin, took some herbs too then the the shit became resistant to antibiotics. I took my test result to doctor he said it was caused by staph,then he prescribed three antibiotics for me at a go. Sulfadimidine, ciprotab, doxycycline with one pain relieving drug probably because of the headache that comes with it. There are spacing of at least 2hrs btw dis drugs except for the pain reliever.Hope you have learnt your lesson now bro, be careful next time, dont mind all these hypocrites. Stay safe.
