Assuming you bought N500,000 LAND in our estate in 2010, your land would have WORTH N5,000,000 now (2020).

so many fools invested in land and subsequently lost all their money to BS waterlogged useless land...

Before you buy land, make you go for inspection. Real estate business is not a black market. Many people are enjoying benefits of property in Ibeju Lekki now.

at least you agree that many lose money on these land deals.... and sadly, many DID thorough inspection and still lost money.
