Good point, I have always pointed out that coaches like sarri, kloop and poch are very good coaches with their own unique philosophies which need time to implement and adapt to and in the process also develop a lot of players.

This kinda makes them very unsuitable to the biggest clubs who don't have the luxury of time.

Marina is the cause of the Kepa situation. She mishandled Courtois sale to Madrid, only selling him last minute and then presenting the Kepa deal to Sarri last minute. Sarri just said "Let Courtois go" in the last few days because he did not want to deal with a disgruntled player.

I think the both of them can. Sarri had also used different formations before while he was at napoli.

The common factor about the 3 of them is that they know how to play good attacking football, while developing talents along the way. This takes time, something which the biggest clubs are usually not ready to afford.

We spent £71 million after getting £31million for that snake so our net spend was 40milli.
Even if we take Kovacic loan deal join (which wouldn't cost more than £4-5m max), e still pass 21milli.

They are good for their levels

Mourinho only won CL with clubs that were underdogs
He coached the 2 biggest clubs in football Madrid and Man Utd and did not win the big trophy, he probably does better when he is the underdog without pressure to win and win with a particular style

Mourinho won Europa and Carling for Man utd but the fans are not satisfied and he was rightly sacked. If he should win those trophies for a smaller club he might be made life president

Now Simeone is at Atletico rated highly, many will say he should move to Juventus or a top club
