Personally, I won't say financial intelligence comprises only knowing how and where to invest your money. I think it's more about being consistent in the business you find yourself doing.
Take for instance, VTU businesses, a lot of people have come accross their adverts and posts like a million times but they'll discard it feeling it's the same old story. While some others come accross these posts just once or twice and they're already convinced that since people are making it, I can too.
You must not have big money in your account to invest in a profitable business. You can invest in a business with as little as #5000, and make millions from it over a short period of time with hardwork and dilligence. I'm the kind of person that ventures into familiar business that I can see and touch, contact the members, and even request for refunds if possible.
I registered under a popular VTU business with just #5,000 the same amount that some people spend on recharge card in a week. I've been earning stable income from it ever since. While some people invest in businesses with over #100,000 and above and still incure so many losses.
In short, it's just wisdom abeg. I can't say much.
