Failed government giving birth to failed society. Them no provide work for these guys on legitimate hustle just to feed. Later, they turn to criminals because of joblessness, society go burn them alive. The world is a jungle. The poor oppressed by the rich and powerful. How far that NDDC man that fainted? How far the slapping senator? How far Maina? How far Magu? How far Evans? How far Naija politicians? Abegi... yeye dey smell. 118 Likes 6 Shares |

They won't provide jobs for them but they will confiscate their means of survival, if they go into crimes now 47 Likes 2 Shares |

Hehehe. Its a bigger crime to be poor in Nigeria. Don't misunderstand me,I'm not in support of environmental degradation but the way the government clamp down on the poor is so fast. The laws are made in Nigeria for the poor masses to obey. While the rich are most likely above the law. No wonder people who steal noodles are killed, but the rich men who stole billions are been celebrated by the same people who burnt the guy that stole noodles. They know the government is solidly behind the looters so they rather praise them to see if something will come out from the stolen billions. 36 Likes 2 Shares |

Cart pushing is beneficial to the society. Here are some ways they benefit us: 1. The boys can access stress that the trucks of LAWMA cannot access 2. This is a form of hustling that can prevent boys from becoming thieves or kidnappers 3. Removal of waste is everyone's business. We should not discourage others. Instead of arresting the boys, 1. They should be registered into a union 2. We should educate them to know how to make their jobs more sustainable 3. A place where lost (but valuable) items can be kept should be provided so that the boys can earn rewards when they return such items. They have the passion, skill, and competence to remove trash from our society. Employ them, do not arrest them Please we have to look into this. Thanks 154 Likes 15 Shares |

Nonsense! You guys have been overwhelmed by the amount of waste littering the environment, the informal waste recyclers that are helping you guys to manage the waste to an appreciable level, you are clamping down on them? If you guys had been managing the waste well like it's been done in the developed world we won't be here looking for hapless individuals to clamp down on. The evil leadership in Lagos will soon be uprooted, that state should be a model state but unfortunately, we still have people like Sanwolu at the helm. 14 Likes 4 Shares |

Placing a call to shekau .... Lagos state is becoming unbearable for the down trodden...if you don't have your personal vehicle in Lagos your case is sorry...transporters are out for the kill. If there's anything the Lagos state government should clampdown on seriously is the archaic, uncivilized and barbaric open defecation going in the state 5 Likes 1 Share

For the past 5 years, I haven’t seen LAWMA trucks coming to my area to evacuate waste. Cart pushers are there to solve the problem. Lagos will become dirtier if cart pushers are banned. 24 Likes |

In the first and 3rd picture, you will certainly see Nigerians mentality of handling things especially when given little power. By the time these boys turned harden criminals now, no one will remember the root cause. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Dumb government. Waste management companies will collect revenue and subvention from government and refuse to remove refuse... These cart pushers are the ones some people pay to remove such refuse after waiting endlessly for the fraudulent refuse evacuation companies who collect free money from government... They also transport other things too heavy to carry by hand or not convenient to carry with a vehicle. You are denying them of their legitimate means of livelihood... Tomorrow you start crying that kidnapping, stealing and other crime is on the rise... Are you expecting them to fold their hands and die of hunger? Our government officials are just too dumb... They create more problems than solutions. 14 Likes 3 Shares |

LAWMA are crazy, you come to areas like iyana ipaja, Egbeda etc once in every two weeks to take their waste disposal and who do you think dispose waste disposal in most of those areas? You see rat everywhere in Lagos just because of this same reason and all they care about is to collect money running into thousand's from every houses 5 Likes |
