Actually it's wrong for those two to get married. They aren't step siblings but half siblings ( Most people confuse the two). Morally and ethically, it's wrong to marry your family. And from what we're taught, family are people who are related by blood or marriage. Note the bolded, ...Or marriage.
Those two children turned siblings now, are now family by virtue of their parents marriage, (tho not by blood) so it's wrong for them to get married.

I just told you they're Half-siblings (half brother and half sister). I also told you family can't be related "only by blood" but virtue of marriage. If in your tribe or place you come from, you can marry your family, then fine, I'll agree with you that they can marry, but just know those two are siblings.
