The reason why I will think its not old system is because when you check the website the block amount is 10,236 which was not the old amount to block before. The reason I will agree is because it is not stated on Germany emnassy website.

Some of us university enrollment deadline is next month or 2 month time and you obviously need a visa to do the digital enrollment.

I have HND+Top-Up Bsc. I applied for Winter intake 2020 recently got rejected by passau university saying they couldn’t count my credit of hnd because my institution wasn’t listed in anabin. I have topup bsc from university which is H+. Is there any university in germany where I can get admitted. I also applied to TU chemnitz and Paderborn Haven’t received any reply yet.

Most schools in europe hardly accept top up for masters, my cousin tried severally he was rejected, even applied for canadian universities that was even worse, they didn't even consider his application at all.

Except you probably doing an MSC in the same school you had your top up.

Also getting MSC programme in Germany with HND is very difficult.
You best bet should be to take another degree programme.

I am a bit worried Its been a month since Universities received my application and i have got no response expect rejection letter from passau university.
But I got offer letter from UK university but didn’t responded it because I thought applying germany was not that hard. I was wrong
