The Supreme Court is led by an apologist for Sharia criminal justice system for Nigeria.
Recently, the Chief Justice of Nigeria appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari insisted that Islamic Sharia Criminal Justice System be inserted into Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution.



Moslem Military leaders from northern region who supervised the making of the constitution carefully avoided Islamic Sharia criminal laws in the constitution because they knew the catastrophe it could cause in a multi religious society like Nigeria.



Muhammadu Buhari in 2001 told a large gathering of Moslems in Kaduna that he would not stop until Islamic Sharia criminal justice system is applied all over Nigeria.

For every civilization there are laws that guides the people's behavior at all time. In the U.S (a paradises most of you are hope to end up in), there are offences that are punished by death just like a lot of places around the world. This person sentenced is not a Christian nor a southerner, he is well aware of the consequences of the grievous sin he committed and yet he did what he did. Anybody who is incapable of abiding by set rules guiding the society is a cancer in that society and such must be removed before he affects others.
