I think airline would be better off in long time frame. With the race for vaccine heating up, you don't want to be chasing a moving train once a vaccine is approved. The sector has been reacting positively to news of the vaccine trials. Just do your checks and act.

Schools are reopening online this week and running into massive issues - online education stocks IN PLAY big time this week. So
any searchlight from our guru's in the house..

I mentioned PLUG on July 10 and noted that nobody seemed to have brought it up. I did also mention DKNG in the same post which has been dogshit To be fair, DKNG popped up after my post and I made a bit from it. I have never bought PLUG though.

Some other short-term plays not mentioned here, pardon me if I have missed it, are Draftking (DKNG) and Plugpower (PLUG). The latter is a lot more risky as it's run quite a bit but it's worth having a look for those who can afford to take the risk.

Has anyone looked at Rent a Centre (RCII)? It's not one of those highfliers but it seems like a decent long-term hold in our austere economic times - it's a company that rents out goods which is great for the cost-conscious. Low PE and high dividend yields are also noteworthy.

Then Kirkland Gold also. Everyone seems to have missed the action on precious metals.

For the obvious reason that TikTok is Fastly's largest customer, accounting for 12% of revenue in the first half of 2020.

Recall that Trump threatened to ban TikTok if its Chinese owner, ByteDance, doesn't sell TikTok to an American company by September 15th.
This also explains the reason it has 100% analysts sell rating for now. It has nothing to do with the fundamentals of Fastly.
But again, September 15 is barely a month away, and Microsoft is one of several American companies already in talks to buy the company, so it is most likely going to escape that ban once a deal is struck.

My take is the busniess is excellent and will continue to do great as there is a shift in paradigm to the "new normal".
The fall is temporary and should be taken advantage of by buying the bottom of this dip.
I bought at $77 to hold and possibly increase for long term.
I have two choices to chose from:
1. Sit and wait till this dip bottoms out to buy more
Or
2. Sell at the current $108 and hope it dips further to buy the bottom
Am going with choice number 2!

You took the best decision because you are holding long term.
I initially thought your intent was short term trade.
Just like Overstock for me.
It's for long term. After hitting $109, if it dips below $90, I will buy more.
Not for the love of the stock, but for the continuous positive performance going forward.
I always imagine when I bought it at N14 if I had not sold when I did at $28.
1,000 Overstock at $14/share costed $14,000 (@ N450/$ = N6.3m).
1,000 Overstock at $95 is valued at $95,000 (N42.75m).
All within 3-4 months.

TUESDAY- THE MAJOR HIGHLIGHTS THAT WILL MOVE THE FX MARKET

1. Today's market headline themes will be mostly about stimulus talks in the US, the resilience of Oil prices, and German Zew sentiment that came out much better than expected.
2. We expect oil-linked currencies like the CAD to perform well today. 3. EUR-USD currently trades close to resistance at 1.1800 however note there are decent option strikes at 1.1750 later today.
4. We are not calling off the reflation trade but we see a possible correction in the EUR-USD.
5. Technically we look at the floor of 1.1690 been hit before further upward movements
6. We also recommend a sell USD-JPY trade call. it's our view that JPY strength will grow because of inflationary concerns.
