Are ventillators really effective against COVID-19?... If yes.... why is the most infected country which is finding it most difficult to control the virus giving away its ventillators? This is like being in a war you are trying your best to win but be giving away your top weaponry.

Dunce. New Zealand is a far smaller country with far less inflowing traffic, internal movement and socio-economic activity than the United States. You can’t compare the two. The US was always going to be one of the hardest hits by the virus because of these dynamics but if you look at the case per capita (total infected against total population) the US actually has one of the lowest rates of the developed nations. Get your facts right.
