95% of the time or as a general rule of thumb, the higher the rating of the processor, the better the Smartphone bearing it will perform.

If you will be spending above NgN 45,000 on any smartphone in the year 2020 then the minimum Processor it should be carrying is the Snapdragon 439 (Position in list-92)
