As funny as the statement sounds, it might be right... but the legal people may need to confirm sha.

If you murder someone in self defence or under some other conditions, murder can be down scaled to man slaughter or less years of punishment given...

Same with stealing. Punishment can be tempered based on the motivation...

But for rape, whether one person dressed inappropriately or not, whether you were both under influence or not, rape is rape.. It can not be justified...
