Android 10 has been available for rn8 since last year through custom roms. I'm even currently on miui 12 beta.

RN9 doesn't have 4/64... It's 3/64 and 4/128, unless you're going for RN9S

You charged in between and it didn't full. Hold power button for 15 seconds to restart

Check your SMS settings, also you receive normal messages right?
