Hello beautiful n all August mamas. Pls just a quick one. Pls what I can take to reduce size of baby. Just had a scan n was told baby @39weeks 1 day is 3.857gr n just engaging. Am a FTM. Biko don't read n pass. Experience mama pls help.

Good morning sabi mamas.How's waddling?I am here for ehug and advice as am not thinking straight right now,did some googling but google is not helping my thoughts either.We are on our second journey and it's been smooth only for me to start having malaria symptoms,i complained at the clinic and wen the doctor examined my body he said i should do malaria and wider test.Malaria came back negative but the wider test was very negative,i mean very cos he said he was suppose to put me on drip if not that i was pregnant. We are 34weeks already just want some1 that had typhiod during this period to tell me all is well and be sure that baby will be fyn too.Have stopped taking sachet water for now and have been taking the amoxyllin i was given.

Sabi mamas make una no pass my comment biko.Wishing us all safest delivery

Since you're already on medication I would have advised you to soak unripe pawpaw inside bottled water and be drinking until you deliver, you're to get new unripe pawpaw every 3 days. It's very good for you and your baby. Safe delivery

U can't do much now to reduce it but u can cut down on ur starchy foods so it will not add much. One mama birthed 4kg baby here VD so don't be afraid u can do it.

I've been having catarrh too but it's just intense this time around and complimented with cough.

Try bathing with warm water also...
The cough and cattargh is part of my package also, complained to my doc the last time , he gave me ampicillin with some other drugs but there wasn't much difference, complained again today and I was placed on erythromycin and one other tab... Guess it's the baby package my pregnancy placed me on grin lol...

Some people said I should rub palm kernel oil while someone mentioned Shea butter. I've been using the two. Though it relieved sha but the pain is still there. I guess we just have to endure. It is well.

In my opinion, ELCS will be better because of the weight especially if you're a FTM. All in all, safe delivery is what we pray for. It is well with you.
