Updates are built by MIUI TEAM in China and even those working in Xiaomi Nigeria can't tell you when it will be out.

NB: An agent will beg you not to sell but to exercise patience the reverse happened so reason am.

There are many.

To change fonts switch region to India(from additional settings), go to the theme app and access the font panel there are lots.

You can search the futura, you might be lucky to find it. I use rosemary ++,

Android 10 will come but MIUI 12 is where the changes are, I am a user of RN5, my device came with Android 8 and MIUI 9, I got an upgrade to A9, but I am on MIUI 11 and also waiting for MIUI 12 (which will be my last MIUI Update) like you, so be patient.
