I did my NYSC in Abiriba, and it is really a small London. Each time we are trecking we will be viewing/looking and admiring the beautiful buildings. And 90% of those buildings are empty, they only visit in December, from Abroad.

I don't get all this talk of 'houses being empty'! It's a village for crying out loud.....does anyone really expect the buildings to be all occupied?

Another problem some people seem to have is with the tag 'small London'! It's called that because, when compared to other villages in Nigeria, it comes out tops when serenity, neatness and ambience are considered!

Yes, OUK is from Igbere. Just as beautiful... Alayi-Igbere-Abriba is a continuous stretch of towns/"villages".... I guess that's why he was confused. You can walk from Igbere to Abriba and from Igbere to Alayi.
Also, the dialects are pretty the same... People from outside the state or even these two local govt can't tell the difference between the dialects.. only people from these three towns, in addition to may be Item can tell the differences based on the dialects.

London houses not as good as these ones, it is an understatement to call those beautiful edifices small London.

What they have London are cage and prison-like houses and projects that are extremely exorbitant to pay for by the occupants that live like rats and prisoners. With the exception of a few places like Mayfair and high brow rich oyinbo is dwelling areas.

Lol. No go there oo. There's steady power Atleast 20hrs.My extended family was there for 6 weeks. We touched down before interstate travels was banned during the lockdown.
