My wife's name on her credentials differs from her new name as she has changed her name. Is there a need for her to upload her marriage certificate to WES? so that there wont be an issue. Or please how is it done?
2. Our marriage certificate was issued by our church and we were told to take it to the state secretariat for authenticity which we did. It was not stamped and there seems to be no sign that it is authentic. Please I don't know if it will be tenable for the migration process. please kindly shed more light.

Goodmorning everyone,please i got ITA and on my application I applied as legally separated .I actually got separated this year,what documents do I need to add as proof to show that I’m actually separated from my spouse .My issue is that I’m actually locked down in another country because of Coronavirus,my ex is willingly to cooperate/help out with any documents that I need.Please what can he do/give me to show that we are genuinely separated with CIC asking for more documents.Please you people help me out.

How GCMS NOTES work

GCMS NOTES can only be requested by a Canadian Permanent Resident or Canadian citizen, not by a visitor or a non- Canadian citizen.

It gives you detailed information about VISA denial, and it's possible for you to order your GCMS NOTES through someone who has a PR status in Canada or better still a Citizen of Canada.

I ordered my own GCMS NOTES through a trusted third party https://canadawiz.ca/product/order-gcms-notes-atip-request/ and I got detailed information on the reasons for my previous visa refusal.

You can use the above link or contact someone in Canada who is a permanent resident or Citizen of Canada to help you request your GCMS NOTES.

Kindly note that you can order GCMS notes from anywhere in the world as long as you have a pending application with IRCC and have a valid UCI number.
You can use getgcms or caips gcms to order it. No need looking for PR/Citizen.

It was £55. I provided the address of a contact in the UK as the address that it was to be sent to and I got it in a week.

Your question doesn't sound dumb.

1. No problem with this, I guess the name on her international passport is marital name, the name on passport is what u need to focus on. Open WES profile with name on passport, you then filled column for credentials with maiden name. No issue with this..... WES don't need your marriage certificate.... Keep that for EE application.

2. Your Church certificate is fine, stamped in secretariat or not.

No Nah... You can order GCMS from anywhere. Ordered mine last month and it just came in stating that my application is approved
