Study harder this time...and take the test only when you are convinced you are well prepared.
One way to know is when u start getting 37-40/40 in ur reading & listening practice tests. Usually u will get that range in the actual test too.
Which materials did u prepare with in ur 1st exam? Also attend masterclasses if u feel u may need it too, anything that let's u score higher now that u have age on ur side. Have u evaluated ur masters? If no u sud start the process while preparing to rewrite.
Cheers

Good evening everyone,
I got a band 6.5 ielts, master degree, 8years of working experience, I am single and 29 years of age. Please what do you think can I apply with my ielts results? Please help with suggestions thanks a lot

It's advisable to pass IELTS (L8, R7, W7, S7) asap before u turn 30.

Wait until after AOR to get married. If you get married post ITA but pre AOR, your marriage certificate would contain the marriage date, and if it is before AOR, your scores would be recalculated.

Thank you.

Please does it affect if one did traditional marriage post/pre ITA and have registry after AOR where the certificate will be issued.

This wouldn't apply to you cause you are already married. It's applies only to singles.

Spouse can sponsor you over. That's a different ball game that I really don't know the process.

I mean, I was single when I submitted my EE application which is still being processed, However, I’m married now, and my husband is a Canadian PR already. Do I still need to include him in my application?

Good evening guys, plz I have a somewhat perculiar question .
I have this young boy who’s been staying with me now for four years. I’d like to include him in the family’s canadian PR application.. his dad is late and his mum alive. I understand that to be able to include him as a family member, We will have to adopt him.
My dilemma here is,1) is it possible to adopt a child when the biological mother is still alive? 2)we intend for him to join us in Canada after his university degree that should be about 6years from now... if we get PR now, his will expire in 5years since he won’t be living there with us immediately. Is it best to go and file for him to come later without including him to the PR application now? Is the COPR renewable??
Please your advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

In my opinion, since you are not going with him now, do not complicate your application by adding him (likely interview). Just process tour application and go then encourage him to study hard, get the requisite experience, ace IELTS and file for himself. He can also join you via the study route while he gets his PR later

you need to inform IRCC. They would just note it there. Already has pr so cant be added to application

We did not evaluate my spouse’s credentials... we had booked her IeLtS and started making plans for Wes before EE FSW resumeD, so we dumped the process.

she is currently not working.... but would the fact that she recently opened a professional cleaning business (although not yet registered) with her younger brother and she wanting to directly manage it for 2 years be enough reason why she isn’t accompanying??...

It shouldn't, as long as the date on the marriage certificate is post AOR.

Congrats @Zeus04. When exactly did you order and receive your GCMS.
How long did it take to get to you.
Also when is your AOR and where is your VO.
Thanks.

Will confirm the exact date.. But it took about 3 weeks to get the feedback. Used caipsgcmsdotcom to order the note.

AOR - December 2019
VO - Accra.

must have lived 2 out of 5 years in canada to renew. By eating your cake i meant doing adoption and getting him PR only for him to lose it. Best bet add him, he will use student loans to attend university there and pay back. You have tried for him
Okay I get it now thank you.

You need to have lived in Canada for a particular number of days in the 5 years to be able to renew the PR card. Take a look at the screen shot from cic.

If you were single post AOR- It won't affect your scores. You need to inform IRCC via webform about your change in status.

Thank you @mayorofedmonton and @chygoz3 for responding to my previous question. I appreciate.

Please I want to find out if I can do my medicals pre ITA with IOM. Are there any implications of doing such? Would I be required to provide my ITA mail/letter?
I’m trying to gather my documents as fast as I can
