Guess we are on the same. I can ghost family and friends like there is no tomorrow. They're the ones that even try to reach out to me but am Sha trying to change.
But my mum is an exception I can't go a day without talking to her.
I enjoy my own company to the point i hardly miss people.

Discipline; I sat down, checked how dirty ,unattractive my fingers looked and resolved to stop chewing, I was also conscious of my finger's movements....(Try to stop your fingers from getting to your mouth)


You can also try coating your fingers with bitter stuffs (lemon, pepper, finger paint, liquid soap)
