No it made rubbish of your FDI debate. It is a proof that foreign direct investment does not gaurantee employment and wealth creation for the locals. It only increases tax revenue for corrupt government officials who end up relooting the funds.

Instead of chasing FDI up and down, government should take responsibility and grow indigenous enterprenuership which create far more employment than any foreign rip off.
