There is no law for this in Nigeria constitution.

In Nigeria u cant sue your spouse for rape( that is sleeping with you without consent) because it has been agreed that consent has been perpetually given as at marriage

However u can sue him for every inappropriate act leading to the sex e.g. violence, abuse or use of dangerous physical force , harmful threat (saying, I will not give u money for aso ebi is not harmful threat).

In all, these laws exist to ensure no one can harm their spouse while also ensuring no one can manipulate the law to punish their spouse and I believe strongly it should be left that way.

If u no longer feel the urge to be sexually involved with your spouse and you have tried all option and it is not working, it is best to quit and be with the one who sparks your plug.
