The fact that perisic and gnabry improved most times is on the coach or training staff. For example, we all know that there's a vast difference between Sterling of Liverpool and Sterling of Man city. He(Sterling) even acknowledged it was Arteta who improved his goalscoring instincts and spatial awareness. That Perisic goal might even be what was taught on training about off-the ball movement.

Anyways, this isn't only about Rashford. When we started AWB (did after a couple of games and switched off) and Williams won't take risk and get down to the byline. We get into the attacking third and we become confused on what to do with the ball. A player holds the ball and instead of others creating space and making runs, they stand still. Sometimes they bump into each other because they don't know where the ball is going to end up next. OGS the manager will be enjoying tye comfort of his sit, other managers are quick to react if something is not going to plan.
