Sorry about your result. Unfortunately, except your designation has changed, it's still won't change anything. A CSM in a bank will not be working in branch operations at all but most likely be the head or team lead in the Customer Experience group at the head office.

Your other options
1. Get your spouse to assess and be the PA
2. Asses as a Financial institution branch manager if you are an Operations head or branch manager.
3. Try other countries.

Good day every one. Please I need an URGENT help. I have been working in a bank and I assessed with Vetassess as a Customer Service Manager last year. I got a negative outcome in June 2019 (12weeks after) saying my documents do not show a dedicated customer service management role and that tasks undertaken are not relevant to ANZSCO Tasks. It was added that my documents showed I was heavily involved in the day to day operation of a branch. I was greatly discouraged.
I am planning to reassess soon but unsure of the documents to add and how to repackage documents for a positive outcome. I have been in customer services and branch operations. My first degree is in Chemistry 2:1 but I have no masters. My employment in banking started in 2008. I was assessed from 2014 to 2019 by vetassess. I have an ielts academic score of 7.5
Please and please help urgently on the best step to take now. Waiting eagerly for your response

The part of the statement that states that '.... de facto partner must be an applicant for this visa..' does this mean my spouse needs to do any skill assessment or must apply for the visa alongside with me if I'm given an ITA?

-skill assessment is not a must. However, a positive skill assessment and 6 in all bands for Ielts will give you additional 10 points to your application. Ielts competent without skill assessment is 5 points. Skill assessment without ielts is 0 point.


My wife intends to write the IELTS, and she is within the required age range .Will this be enough to get a 5-point from partner skills?

-6 in all bands is all she needs to add 5 points to your application.


Again, when I used the point calculator, I had 75 points, would that be enough to get an ITA for someone with an occupation assessed by TRA?

-Depends on your occupation and the availability.

Yes, general IELTS is acceptable for the main application. However, your occupation will depend if useful for skills assessment. Some occupations require academic for skills assessment.

WES usefulness is restricted to Canada for immigration purpose.

Yes, it is normal. A third party evidence is usually required to confirm employment. He can get his pension fund statement from his pension fund provider.
Tax certificate can be gotten from the office of internal revenue in your state provided the company is remitting tax on his behalf.

No. There are a few hospitals designated for Australian visa medicals.
In Lagos, you have IOM, Ikeja and Fatayi Williams Clinic, Lagos Island; and IOM in Abuja too, I think.
