Bro i keep getting confused on reading the reviews that why i decided to get opinions from you guys who knows better i just want to bring out like 100k and by a phone once and for all for now.

The main thing you should check out are reviews not spec list, some phones seem good on paper but turn out to be shit on usage.

Note 9s has an SD 720g processer, that is miles ahead of the Helio p65 and p70 on the A38 and F2 respectively. The SD processor also has better power saving features and supports HDR10

A31 has an edge in the screen department cause it sports a super AMOLED screen while the other phones have high density LCD IPS screens (according to reviews the F2 screen falls short of the quality it is expected to have)

All the phones have 5000mah batteries and support fast charging; 15watt for the A31 and 18watt for F2 and 9s

I don't really know much about cameras but I know they all sport basically the same back camera configurations albeit with different sensors. The 9s has a slightly better sensor than the f2 which should mean that it should have a better camera but this is not always the case. A31s sensor is not defined.

Extra: Note 9s has a corning glass 5 screen; this supposedly makes the screen stronger and scratch resistant.

A31 does not have the 4g band 28 and this could be a problem for mostly glo users in areas that band 28 is not up and running

If you're a gamer have it in mind that the Helio chipsets won't play graphics intensive games in high graphics

Summary: Just the processor already gives the 9s a serious edge over the other devices, it having better power saving fearltures is also worthy of note, I can guess from your choosing phones that all have 5k mah you're interested in how much screen on time you can get from your phone.
