Nice one from Buhari regime. NPA boss and Rotimi Amaechi are doing well, fantabulous. If Buhari regime does good policy and good development strides, I will praise his regime and when his regime does wicked and evil policies and looting sprees, then I will criticize his regime. I'm not a zombie supporter or critic. My interest is in national building, equal opportunity and prosperity for citizens. I'm not a PDP or APC zombie supporter or critic.

You better thank Buhari for this fit. Lagos is happy to have this happening, Apapa can breath again from disastrous congestion caused by years of negligence of PDP and their silly supporters.
Are you saying that Ameachi that was a former PDP members and his silly supporters contributed to the disastrous congestion of Apapa sea port?!

The 54 containers for Anambra international conference center came through Onne Port, didn’t take time for us to receive them unlike before, great news for easterners, for those who said eastern ports are not viable then are using style to accept the fact

Thanks PMB

Shut up Mr bloody liar.

Buhari did not do anything for one seaport to come to life, rather Maeresk shipping company got tired of parking their ships in lagos for 25 days before they are allowed to clear because or terrible congestion. Maersk forced the govt that they must use one seaport or they will leave Nigeria.

Where are the purpose Gantry cranes that will service the vessel to ensure quick turn around time?

All i see are two cranes that appear not really fit for the occasion due to maximum reach.
maybe they will engage the service of mobile cranes. that singular crane you saw can lift a load up to 100 tones which I believe there are more than 5 of it around cos I work around that port.

It didn't take long for the low self esteem and inferiority complex village anambra Igbos to pop up their ugly and insecure heads.

Who gives a shit about your worthless village gathering center. ?

Bunch of anti social nuisance,

Village Gathering center? I am sure if we compare your village to villages in Anambra(rural communities) structures in the latter will beat structures in the former.

But as long as internet is concerned, everyone can say all manner of bullshit.

They are huge market in that region, the SE's share of Nigeria's economy is only 7%, but not in the SW, the region that controls half of Nigeria's economy, 48%.

The SW is still Nigeria's industrial hub, meaning it consumes nearly all the major industrial goods and services from machinery to raw materials and finished products.

Look at the table below

SE is all the way at the bottom.
Otondo I have told you to focus on Yoruba language you study in Osun polytechnic, you know nothing about economy, East is huge market for WACT that is why Onne Port is recording huge success within short period, WACT recently injected $100 million expanding the port facilities, dumbo bear it in mind that markets in Onitsha, Aba and Nnewi feed those markets in Southsouth and middle belt and beyond, I have told you IGR doesn't measure economy, go and Check 7 states that control 90% of transactions in Nigeria, I know you are a Sycophant for BMG, knowing where your region it's bitter for you to swallow because Igbos are involve, I know the news indirectly dey pain you, you can't help but to do your double face praise for PMB.

As much as I agreed to your comment, I also gave it a second thought that, does Nigerians built all the ships that has been birthing in Apapa since inception? No! not even the smallest of them all. Neither was Lagos seaport built by Nigerians but it is good news having a functioning unit of Nigeria Maritime unit in the southsouth and I hope it will be sustained to open Nigerians in that region access international business opportunity and also reduce the stress of traveling to Lagos for clearing and forwarding.

There's something absolutely good about the news.

Good news for Eastern part of Nigeria and gradual decongesting of Lagos ports.
Thank you Buhari, Bros Amaechi and Hajia Hadiza.

Nice one.

This will lift a heavy burden from Lagos and the people that always chant that Lagos is what it is only because of the seaport can actually create a bigger Lagos in their region with this feat.

Nice one APC, Buhari, Amaechi, and Hadiza.

Fool, this is not eastern port, it is SS port. SE is landlocked and it remains so. No forced attachment can make SS be part of your illusive and unviable Biafra! A parasitic SE wants to host on a more viable SS, it's impossible. The earlier you realize that SE is the poorest region in the South, the better for you.

Why must you think in such a backward manner? You sound like you are waiting for Lagos to retrogress while other states are opening up. If that is your wish then you will be disappointed, because if the emergence of Abuja couldn't derail the progress of Lagos, your pessimistic prognosis won't either. There's something called 'shared prosperity', that should be your thinking unless you are an enemy of progress. Igbos like you should learn to accept that others can also prosper in life without igbo input.

He does not have the mental capacity to understand the concept of shared prosperity because in ibo culture prosperity must be for only you alone and your beautiful ibo wife and family so that you can become the envy of others. So they get confused when you have a good thing and you ready to share with them. That's why all their home videos is about enemies of progress. I always wonder if there's another tribe like ibos on this planet

There's still the upcoming Lekki Deep Seaport, a multi-purpose, Deep Sea Port at the heart of the Lagos Free Trade Zone and the massive $15 billion Dangote refinery?

With the Lekki deep seaport, Lekki Free Trade Zone and Dangote refinery complex, I don't see any state, any region or country in Africa dethroning Lagos state and the SW as Africa's premier commercial center and economic power house.

Imagine the massive amount of goods and services entering and leaving the largest LFTZ in Africa, the largest single train refinery in the world, the largest fertilizer plant in Africa, the largest petrochemical plant in Africa.

Go and ask those working in the ports for data or better still follow trade statistics by NBS and stop making noise
