1. There is a 5k difference (in fact the 5k was only for 3 devices and out of stock already), other sellers have a 7-16k difference. Check it yourself.

2. There is a delivery charge after the 5k, this can rack up the price up to 20k difference. What if I stay in Maiduguri and the seller is in Lagos, how much do you think is the waybill. Meanwhile, the AliExpress includes shipping to my nearest post office. Even Jumia at 95k has a delivery charge which is plus or minus 1k and can be up to 5k if I live remotely.

3. The delivery time is 6-12wks not just 12weeks. One can get lucky.

4. There is a buyer protection which guarantees either I get the phone or I get back my money. This is less risky than sending the money to someone in Lagos and the person starts turning me upside down with excuses. Some could even send you and open boxed phone.

5. Not everyone can afford such difference in price. You have no idea how someone stretched himself to afford 80k.

Or even after the waiting and NIPOST still messed up with their logistics or worst still the seller did not even ship it but because of the irregularity in AE dispute arbitration of late, the seller capitalized on that and gives a misleading tracking number?

Omo, the back to back disputes that I lost in recent times is making me to reconsider using DHL or 3rd party shippers, if I'm lucky to meet reasonable ones, for my next expensive orders. Till then, I restrict myself to shikini money orders.

This phone I am using was bought 2yrs ago on Jumia Global, I waited 3 weeks while I was using a borrowed phone. I was in the process of returning it for a fault it hard before I discovered the USB that came with the phone was responsible. I had no regrets and will do it again. Even my choice of phone was a problem for Nlders but I enjoyed my phone for 2yrs.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9s 4g/64g is around 80k Ali Express Standard shipping.

The minimum I saw it here is 85k (yours) which is besides waybill of say 2k for destinations. You also don't have buyer protection or stuff like that.

When ppl are assured of getting the phone in 90days or less or get refunded, you bet that people will have patience for that 6k+ difference.

Besides, most sellers sell that phone above 90k with Jumia local at 95k. 15k no be moimoi.

If you sell the phone at 82k, am sure most ppl would not go on AliExpress. Hey, we understand you guys gotta do what you gotta do to make it.

Anyways, got my eyes set on the 9s, just not enough cash for now but I hope to get a deal with you soon.

1. The arrival time to the country
2. Your state and your city.
3. How knowledgeable is the NIPOST officer that dispatch your package to your state about your state's PO locations and geography.

You don't get refund for coupons when their validity has passed. If your coupon's validity is 1month and you happened to open a dispute within that period and won, youllstill have your coupon but not money!
