Goodmorning all, i have a question.
Trying to complete EE profile post ITA,
Is it allowed for someone to have an open visitor visa application for another country and not inform IRCC as there is no direct question bout that?
The question says is the applicant have been previously REFUSED visa to bother country of wch I answered NO.
For the said visitor visa application I have not done biometrics before the stopped cos of the pandemic.but did medicals.

You don't have to inform them

Hi everyone,
Pls in the use of gift deed for POF, do you need to provide statement of account of the giver?

Secondly, if the wife is the PA and majority of POF is from hubby's account into a joint account, do you still need to provide hubby's statement of account?

Thank you in advance

No to the first and as for the second it is up to you. I would include it just to explain the source of the bulk deposit but a simple LOE will also suffice

Hello house, I have a small issue. I stated that I have a family in Canada but was not given the 15 points for "relative in Canada" because the family is an aunt.
Now I have an ITA and I need to prove that I have a relative in Canada. Can I simply remove this detail in personal detail when uploading my documents because even though I can get her PR card or citizenship proof, I can't prove beyond reasonable doubt that she's my aunt because we've not lived together for decades now?
Also it won't reduce my CRS score since I wasn't given points for it in the first place.

Please I need your advice.

You only need to add details of your parents and siblings but do recalculate your eligibility points under the 67 points grid

Yes if I take her out, I'm still eligible. Just want to be sure that I can take her out since I'm not receiving points for her.

Yank her off please

Since I'm not an authority in this field, I may not argue with her submission. Someone I'm very closed to who's also working in First bank told me yesterday that CBN policy says even though you buy dollar from Aboki and deposit it in your dorm account, you can transfer a maximum of 10k electronically every two weeks.

This is correct

Forget the bews, I have dom account with diff banks and been unable to transfer (want to take advantage of the rates since I bought the dols N350 per doll since 2018) as they came in through cash deposit. Not had time to visit the branch amidst this covid and closure of branches closest to me. I suggest your read through the docs. This should be subject to availability of dollars and I bet you banks would hold on to that clause. It is apparent dollar is scarce hence reason for reducing limits. How then do you expect them to allow you transfer funds that were gotten via deposit.

Just do a new set. Why do you want to give yourself unnecessary headache wondering if they will accept or not.

Sunshine777:
Good evening,
Please, I need help. I would like clarification on a few things:
1. Can I use the same upfront medical I got from study visa for PR (It states student on it)? I did it last month(July)
2. For the police certificate, I did it in June and it will expire in September (3 months). Can I use it for PR if I get ITA this month (August)? Or should I jejely go for another police certificate?

Dear All,

I am very new to this PR journey, and I have a question.

I have a unilag diploma, after which I got direct entry into 200level. Please does this Diploma qualify for a second certificate?

I saw this online and wanted to know if anyone had experienced same or is knowledgeable about it.

----------------------------------------
A medical assessment is interchangeable and can be used for other immigration categories, unless the medical officer imposed one of the following limitations on the assessment:

The most commonly used limitations are:

“Assessed as excessive demand exempt only”. A new immigration medical examination is required if the applicant applies under an immigration category that is no longer excessive demand exempt (e.g. the foreign national applied as sponsored spouse (FC-1) and now applies as Federal Skilled Worker)
“Assessed as Temporary Resident only”. A new immigration medical examination is required if the applicant applies for permanent resident status or extend his or her stay in Canada.

You may not get the required answer to your question because you didn't tell us whether you've completed your Bsc or not.
You only told us about your direct entry admission after your diploma program.

But if it's only diploma that you've acquired so far as your highest qualification, then it's one certificate and for you to get the second certificate recognized, it must be up to 3yrs program course.

I started asking questions when I came here last week and I was referred to page 1. I went and started reading from page 1 to 50. I jumped and started again from page 350 to page 700. I'll still go back to previous pages I've not read.

Sincerely speaking, I've learned a lot from people's experience. Most questions I would've loved to ask has already been attended to in previous pages.

I advise new comers to create time and read the previous pages EXTENSIVELY. It consume time but you'll learn a lot.

Hi Guys,

How is the day going? Please i need a bit of help. Help me look through to see which documents i might be missing

So i'm about to submit my documents for the PR application..
These are my below documents:

Education:
IELTS, MSc Certificate, MSc Transcript and WES Report for my MSc

Work:
Reference Letter and Payslips

Proof of Funds
Statement of Account and Reference Letter(which ever they can provide) from Bank

Police Report:
Nigeria and UK

Medicals:
The form given at the hospital

Travel:
Stamped Passport Pages

Other Documents:
Gift Deed

Please i also need help with my work reference letter.. please find it below, my NOC Code is 2171

This is to confirm that the above-mentioned person worked in our firm as a Network Security Engineer from December XX, XXXX to January XX, XXXX.
She worked as a full-time employee and worked for an average of 45 hours per week. While she was with us, her annual salary was <XXXXXXXX>. Her Job description/duties includes the following:

• Provision of advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and security measures based on results from network vulnerability assessment tests and audit security scans.

• Improve IT protection by maintaining network infrastructure for LAN , WAN, VPN and VOIP network infrastructure
• Perform independent analysis to determine quality control procedures, software / application packages and enterprise information systems

Thank you guys in advanced.

No need for msc transcript. How do you even have it in the first place Must be unofficial copy and ircc requires only official copies. Also, you only need your passport data page and not the stamped pages. Lastly, does the noc bear any form of semblance to what was listed in the noc page? If it does then it's OK. But if it doesn't then you can make adjustments. At least two or three descriptions should fit your job role

Good Morning all, I am.new to this page and i have a question please.

Since OND and HND are recognized as 2nd degrees, do you think a unilag diploma can be used as second degree as well? I got admission into 200level after successfully completing the unilag diploma back then.

Any thoughts on this will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Good morning all. please I've been searching for answers every where on the web still have not found answers to this can someone that used nysc to calm one year work experience help me out.

period of employment, do I need to put exact dates? Or I could just leave it as August 2014 - July 2015?

Also, should the letter state that I was working there as part of the NYSC scheme? Or should it just be portrayed as a regular employment?

I was thinking of adding both my NYSC pay and PPA pay to show annual income. Is this appropriate?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Pls has cipm sent your transcript
punchyy:
Please I need advice, I plan on sending my B.sc and CIPM cert to WES for evaluation. Now CIPM is open for business, meaning they would be able to send my transcript to WES. On the other hand my school is not in session for transcript matters and they don't do it online.
If I go ahead and pay for evaluation of these two documents, meanwhile only CIPM can send transcript to them, and whenever school is in session and I can apply for the transcript to be sent to WES, will WES still evaluate it (the B.sc)?
Could there be extra payment for sending the remaining document later, what should I do pls, your contributions will be appreciated.

If I'm not over exaggerated, I'll like to tell you that about 40% of people claiming work experience in this journey do ADD nysc to claim one year work experience before proceeding to add another one, if at all there's.

I'll advise you to go to page 1. There was even someone that travelled out of the country immediately after his nysc and later found it very difficult to get ref. letter from the state coordinator or the principal of the school he served..... People here gave him advise on what to do and he was able to get it done while in foreign land.... Page 351

It's VERY good to read widely. All these questions has already been asked and answers given.

I'll advise you to put the actual date.

Attach your statement of account,
discharge certificate, posting letter if you still have it, acceptance letter if you still have it, I'd card if you still have it.

Hello everyone,

Please I need help on what to do next after paying for wes and etx.

Will etx contact my school directly? Unilorin.

What I did was:

1. Paid for wed
2. Paid for etx
3. I downloaded a form from etx and sent it to the person helping with the processing of my transcript.

But I am seeing a submit document tab beside the etx DDR form. Am I to submit myself or my school - by giving them my login details?

Hello, I just got my transcripts delivered via etx-ng to WES. What I did was send my contact in my institution my DDR number and that form you downloaded from etx-ng. You dont have any business submitting your transcripts yourself. It has to be from Your school's domain.

That section/dialogue box is meant for if u want a question/enquiry sent to ETX. They will reply to ur message.
The staff of the school know what to do& they use their own account with etx for their correspondence not yours.
Cheers

No need for exact dates; month and year are enough.
Please do not mention NYSC. Just assume you were employed in your PPA for the period and let your reference letter say just that much.

Please do not be offended but if you are yet to ace IELTS, do work on your punctuations else it will affect your writing scores.
