Barca already got De Jong. I think Juventus and Man U are the two big clubs in need of a DM.

I think de Jong is not solely or a better DM, he acts well as a CM but Ndidi is a known and bonified DM and with him at Barca, others in midfield just need to play their games while Ndidi alone is left at DM breaking opponent attacks

Ndidi doesn't need AC Milan, except he want to continue missing the UCL.

Italian Seria A has become very competitive and come next season, I foresee Inter Milan winning the league with Juventus 2nd, Atalanta and Lazio and then maybe Napoli. So for now it's gonna take atleast another 2 seasons before AC Milan starts qualifying for the UCL. They could end up proving me wrong though
