I just had a breakup and now I am having some pretty nasty heartache. This lady & I stay on the same campus and we see many times. Though I have been trying to overcome the pain, but my heart still strikes whenever we cross paths or I see her. I have about three months to finish and probably leave for NYSC this year, still, I wonder how to survive seeing her within the limited time left. It gives me sleepless nights. I don't think it's appropriate to address them as simps. We are all at different levels of TRP. They'll get there at some point in time.

My earlier advice to ignore women's distraction on TRP threads isn't that it is bad to reply or talk to women. I do think men should always do because you'll have to relate with them in your family, work etc. With the red pill, you should be able to spot cultural patterns, women manipulative behaviours and your way around it.
