He is ex-Barca. Should have gotten the job awhile ago actually. I think he would have made better use of the last prime years of Messi and Suarez than the last 2 coaches.

You have a point there but remember that the Barca model is different.

Their presidents are elected by the official fans of the club so if you don’t perform well and satisfy the fans’ need for beautiful and winning football you might lose your job.

Man Utd fans however have no say over whether Woodward stays or leaves. As long as he is making money for the Glazers he is safe. The quality of football and the level of success on the field is secondary.
