I have always known about domain flipping for a long time till I got a better view and understanding of this NL thread last year. I took action late last year and bought a couple of domains (geos first, then brandables afterwards). About this sale, it came just when I needed the motivation. The buyer wasn't amongst the set of end-users I outbound to. All thanks to God. I'm a victim of grace, I needed it, and it found me.

I got his (buyer) inbound offer of $200 on Epik last month, whereas my bin was $600. He also begged that I helped him with his business by agreeing to $200. I countered with $300, and he went mute. Later that day, I checked my watchlist on ED and noticed someone had registered the ORG extension. It is my habit to always monitor my geos even after registration on ED. I checked the whois info and saw it was registered the same day the offer came in. I thought I had driven him to register that extension instead.

So as not to spook him and end up ruining the sale, I made up my mind to only follow up after a week with a follow up to other end-users plus the new interested user. I was preparing to outbound the week he sent another new offer of $200, so I agreed and moved on to get my motivation. He paid a few hours later.

Someone asks that how is that possible? its achievable, all it requires is simple maths, thus, train 40 people per week for 52 weeks consistently for 5 year. (40 times 52 weeks times 5 years equals 10,400 people).

Though, this is tough and challenging, but I believe that with determination and persistence we will scale through by God's grace.

i usually tell friends atleast 50% into reinvestment if you don't have much expenses to make, because the business is a funny one.
