HAPPENING NOW: The Edo state Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has ordered that the Beds and other equipments in Igieduma Health Centre be relocated to Uhi for the Commissioning of Uhi Health Centre. This move is in keeping with Obaseki's known character of deceit and fraud. Investigations reveal that this evacuation of equipment from existing to new health centers has been the Obaseki tradition since 2016. Not a single new hospital equipment has been bought under his advantage. The practice is for the equipment to be left in the new health centers until there is a new one to be commissioned and the equipment are again moved. Tension is presently mounting in Igieduma as the committee of youths have vowed to resist the evacuation. 1 Like |
