Under16: Judging by the pics, you used artificial light The light ray is not evenly distributed. Ensure it is evenly distributed before shooting. I love the background. I'll go with the first frame. I also love the way you used the botanical name (Ipomoea batatas) observing the nomenclature rule. Are you a Botanist? FireRain:I haven't made Pizza. So a little boy from "Block Rosary" told my mum more than once to give them cake so that prayers could be made for her. His out-of-nowhere professing " lead me to just run a low-budget cake for them so prayers could be made for my mum and fam Cc;Brize 21 Likes 1 Share

viettastitches: Akpos Birthday Moist Chocolate Cake recipe 2 cups all-purpose flour 1½ cup sugar ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1½ teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 evaporated milk ½ cup vegetable 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ½ cup boiling water Shift the dry ingredients together in a bowl Mix gently with an egg whisk or spatula Mix together the wet ingredients (except the boiling water) Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix in. Gently add the boiling water. Mix with a spatula till you get a uniform mixture. Pour in a baking tin/pan Bake for 25 - 30 mins in a preheated oven (180degree) Remove from the oven when am inserted toothpick or knife comes out clean. Allow to cool and frost as desired! Note The cake batter will be very thin after adding the boiling water. This is correct and results in the most delicious and moist chocolate cake I've ever tasted! 10 Likes 10 Shares |

Akposy: Yeah I remember you posted one receipe back then I just did a Google search and got it. I have posted it in my response to viettasitches Lool @ the bolded - armateur baker like me. I was wondering what I did wrong I wanted to pour to 3/4 level of the paper but it was pouring away the shape was not coming out fine it was looking shapeless. I just decided to pour little I never knew one still had to place in a cup cake pan. Thanks jare. 1 Like |

Under16: I like the third, I don’t know what that angle/frame is called- but I prefer snapping my plate from that side. The first two looks like you quickly snapped someone’s food, considering you won’t eat from that angle. Give me the turkey and hold the rest. FireRain: This is for Coco or Prestonn. We all have our area of specialization here. They’ll come through. 1 Like |

Re: Cook In Your Kitchen, Take Pictures And Post It Here. SIMPLE! by Ishilove: 10:40pm On Aug 18, 2020 |
pocohantas:Smoked mud fish, smoked cat fish or fresh fish (not Kote and Titus and co). However, smoked fish is really the best. It will bring out the taste of the soup. 3 Likes |

Ishilove: Premium fresh fish hah? Something like cat fish or tilapia. I plan to use smoked fish too. I am planning ahead. I don’t know all the native ingredients, but someone would source it for me. Can I use both? The smoked and the fresh? What of stock fish? Shrimps? |
Re: Cook In Your Kitchen, Take Pictures And Post It Here. SIMPLE! by Ishilove: 11:03pm On Aug 18, 2020 |
pocohantas:Stock fish, shrimps and even prawns will balanze the equation Yes you can use both but make sure the cat fish is smoked/dry. You will ruin your soup if you use fresh cat fish. 2 Likes |

NoToPile: Yes. Next time place cup papers in a cup cake pan not on a flat pan or tray to prevent spilling.. You can use the individual ones or the one that comes in rows like this... 2 Likes
