what is or has your country done to world problem solving? i call NorthKoreas moves self defence. they did not use it on Anybody. they are a soverign nation. if America, Russia and the rest who are also soverign nations can develop what they feel like developing, I see no reason why another soverign nation cannot do the same.

If it's true, then those who want to migrate to the US might have to ponder on this.

The last thing China wants is a US allied unified Korea, which could lay claim to some Korean speaking areas of China proper.

Also, NK is so far behind SK that rebuilding the country is going to cost billions

One to 5 is not enough they need to be sure that they aren't intercepted by defence systems and hit their targets (cities or military facilities) all over the country and that could require thousands of bombs.

This threat of mutual destruction prevents countries from striking first and ironically is the main reason we haven't had another World War.
