Please which number do I need to call if I need to contact you and I would get response immediately? Most times I send mails and it takes about two days before getting response. The number provided on your site always tells me all customers are busy, it's so frustrating having an issue and you just can't get to a tone immediately..
I ordered for data on Friday for two different number s on 20/08/2020, transaction showed complete but my customers never got the data, I mailed you on Friday no response, I remailed today, I then got a response giving me a document showing success for both numbers, I don't understand if the lines where recredited or they are trying to tell me the data were delivered, please I am begging you to help me check your system very well, it can't be coincidence that the two people didn't receive their data Even when the transaction was showing complete, I remembered I cancelled transactions twice that day due to data not delivering after 7-15mins, obviously your network was bad,, I beg you to call MTN let them confirm to you that those numbers didn't receive the data.. same way I have been complaining forever a about the 1gb I ordered since 5th of June 2020 on 08139349607, transaction was showing complete but I never got the data, you kept mute on that,, I love your service but your customers service always drives me crazy.

Dear Nellobyte team, please I request that you guys should bring back first bank account for funding wallet, you can have two accounts, then allow your customers to choose the one they want, you will fund your wallet with 500 naira to sell a recharge card of mtn 500 naira, do you know that you guys are the ones making it, the person won't gain anything again in return rather the person even loose, and your aim of doing business is to gain not to lose. Please consider bringing it back for providus bank is scamming people abeg, that 50 naira charges is too much. And this has made me to stop using my clubkonnect account because I can't imagine myself funding 2000 andcthey will deduct 50 naira meanwhile 50 naira is your gain or less is your gain in that 2000. Please do something about it, alot of people that I know has dropped clubkonnect because of this and bad network. Thank you.

This requires an urgent attention please, one of my registered members all of a sudden yesterday was unable to login after she funded her wallet with eight thousand naira, till this morning before she reset her pin and when she logged in she discovered that her money was reduced and the eight thousand naira that she funded is no where to be found. And when she called you guys, you guys said she transferred the money to another person's account which is not true, but if that is true please retrieve her money from that account and transfer it back to her before the person uses it.

She has been able to login into her account but
she discovered that 1500 is missing from her wallet and the 8000 she funded was not paid into my account ooo. Making it 9500, this is her login number:07030548472
