I agree with this! I have yet to sell a domain name without first outbounding. So why take a domain name off the market after accepting just an offer?

Dan informed me that it does this to avoid double purchases and all when I complained some time ago.

The more annoying bit is that I have not been able to sell any name that I received an offer lower than BIN for on Dan.

My issue with logik29 is totally a misunderstanding. I scraped yellow pages for him and I got only 34 end users. I checked Google maps and discovered there are more end users. I recorded a video of the results for him with an option of him waiting till Sunday for me to do manual scraping for him. I guess he didn't understand what I tried to explain in the video.

When it comes to scraping many factors are at play. You can end up with very little result or different locations. You need to be patient with the scrapper, especially when its not a popular service or low population city.

Honestly this is a major set back with DAN. I've had a number of unpleasant experiences relating to this. They really need to find a better alternative.

10pm passed that day I didn't hear from you,the next day you promised same...but no show.Now the week is over the work will now be postponed till next week.

Thank God it's not only me. Didn't want to complain here not to spoil business for him. Told him to scrape mails for 4 domains for me and he only did two, even out of the two he scrapped, one is total nonsense.

Verifying mails just became FREE and easy recently thank to Gmass bro, so don't blame him for that. It can also take more than 10 minutes depending on amount of endusers, speed of network and RAM of laptop.
