Please you should try looking into this at both sides. I have explained myself enough and most readers here don't seems to understand. The reason for all this was the fixing took time because of the absence of the equipment used in fixing it . It's not about customers relationship and after sales as I have followed this up when been fixed. Please Always try to understand before write up sir.

@Acunon, the problem I am seeing with you here is that you're too heady. People are giving you advice on where you need to improve on. Corrections are only given from the place of love but your responses comes across defensively.
Thank those that took time to advise you, most are people that have done repeated businesses with you, including me. I have never had issues with my dealings or the products I got from you. But when you have a bad deal with a customer, be patient and understanding with them. Even when there's no immediate remedy, your interaction and the way you assure them will go a long way helping you. You've built a good presence here which you and I will agree has also brought you so much business. Don't let pride or arrogance tear your down.

You can walk them through device set up and even monitor your good's performance at intervals for up to a week... you can get someone to do this for you at a token because you are very busy.

Provide professional advise on how to prevent damage to the device e.g. buying a surge protector could save a lot of headache etc.

I remembered when I bought my TV from you, once I made payment, the next day I started calling all to no avail for delivery, said delivery would be in the morning, I called and chatted you, you didn't reply, but replied my other WhatsApp cos I enquired about a TV. There will always be that one customer to complain, but the way you handle the issue will come to show how much you care about your customers. Please work on that. You sell great TVs.

Nixxxx, you and I will agree that somebody lost a thousand naira and move without looking back but another spend the whole day searching. This is because of the value each attached to the missing money.

The fact is that if Acunon could respond to complains promptly, give updates on developments concerning such problems, no one would be here dragging him. In fact, even when the matter was put here on NL, it took him so long to respond.

He should understand the economic condition of some people. Money is hard to come by these days.

I wish he could listen to dissenting voices.

Happened to me too. I was wondering if I've been scammed when my message was unread and he was online for hours. The TV still works very fine tho. BTW all those people that talks about customer service and after sale relationship, I'm one of the people liking your comments. He needs to take a class on that.

It doesnt take away the credibility of the seller nor the platform.

That was how I bought Samsung s7 from someone on this platform back in 2018, while I appreciate the guy for not scamming me and delivering the device as expected I was a bit angry with him, because I later discovered that the phone has charging port issues which he didn't told me about.

No be small suffer I suffer for that phone hand as regards the charging port, change it twice monthly.

And that's not the only bad deal I've had on this platform.

I cannot claim to understand how you feel brother, because I've bought a lot of stuff from Acunon and they work till this day. NEPA managed to burn a Philips Home Theatre that I bought from him back in 2017, he asked me to send it back for repairs free of charge. I did not. Even as I am typing this, I have paid him for a Sony RT3 Soundbar, a 55in Samsung Qled Q70r and a 50in Sony Android, both 4k. All three will ship today. When he gets a Samsung N950 Soundbar, I'll pay for that too! That's the level of trust I have in business with Acunon. I have bought stuff from him for my friends and non of them has ever complained.
You've made your point, you won't buy from him again, that's ok. You don't want us to buy from him ever again, that is ok too. If you had stopped there, it would have been fair and square. But coming here to advertise for "Grace TV" is messed up.
