For those who are yet to submit their visa applications, make sure you check the documents checklist online, your documents should be arranged in accordance to the checklist and they should be in three sets original, coloured and photocopy all arranged in the same format, trust me this would save you from unnecessary stress and embarrassment.

If you are coming, make sure you come with enough money, i would have advised you to do it outside but those guys at the embassy have better experience and know the required documents but they charge N300 pee copy so come loaded.

Good luck guys i hope this information helps someone.

Actually, you can make photocopies inside the VFS itself, 100naira for coloured and 30naira for BW.
It can be get crowdy tho, so take note.

Also, just get all your documents as required of you. The VFS staff assist with sorting documents.

Yeah but sometimes you may not easily get attention, depending on the crowd, i was almost sent back, the people at vfs were saying we should have checked the check list at home before coming, so you may meet a different atmosphere there depending on the crowd.

This is the recent order of arrangement as pasted and required by VFS. You can follow this list at home before going to VFS to save time. Remember, the 3 sets of documents (originals inclusive) must follow the same order.

That no 9 (Electronic transfer funds) is it the same as the confirmation letter from the university showing your fees has been paid.

I think it's the Bank telex receipt they are referring to.

I doubt this is possible! For most countries, you will have to apply for a work Visa, most times from your resident country in other to have permission to work.

Good afternoon house, My brother in the US who happens to be my sponsor tried booking an appointment yesterday for me using his credit card but they sent on my mail that my appointment has been declined due to payment failure. That I would not be able to resechdule a fresh appointment up to 24hours.

Is that that the appointment fee must be paid in Nigeria naira? What should I do now?

Tell him to send the fee to your account directly so you can pay and also remember you will be using your card and only your card at VFS too

Hi guys, I need your views on this. I figured I didn’t put my proficiency in English letter as well as my birth certificate amongst my documents while applying, so now I want to try to email it to them but I found out that my school made mistake with my enrollment date and graduation in school. Would you advice I send it like that with the contradictions or what exactly should I do

I don’t know if it has to be paid in Naira but I faced the same issue while attempting it with different Nigerian debit cards. It kept on telling me the same thing it told your bro until I used another computer, the problem is probably not the card but the computer or phone he is using. However, you need to use your personal card at VFS.

You don’t need to wait for 24 hours though there’s a way around it. Hope it helps!

if you cant change the daye it is better to cancle it, cancelling your booking wont affect your application
Unclenene:
Please I will need clarity on my accommodation. I booked my hostel in June for check in on 6th of September and I just submitted my document 14th of August which means I can't meet up my hostel booking. Please advise if I should cancel the booking as it is free for now and will be charged after 3rd of September. Hope this won't affect my application? also, I have tried changing the booking dates but the dates are not available.

secondly, please can anyone share the link where one can check the list of approved visas?

Thank you all.
