Na inside this money. Wey federal government go pay navy, army, airforce, police, Para military like EFCC, FRSC, NYSC etc salary. Pay federal ministries, health workers, etc. salary Come still construct federal projects. The country is poor... N380Billion is just $1Billion State go also has there own too to pay. The most annoying is that some people will still want to loot the scares resources. Ps Does any body know the monthly expenditures of the federal government eg like how much FG spends every month for recurrent expenditures. Cc kikero 1 Like 1 Share |

Maroghene:as in eh I can relate cos I'm one of them. The governors slashed using the excuse of Covid-19 ravaged economy and crude oil not selling. Like in Akwa Ibom state we civil servants have protested against Governor Udom reducing the minimum wage so he went on to slashed 20% of appointee's salaries |

Re: FAAC Shares N676.40bn July Allocation To FG, States, Lgs by AkwaIbomMan(m): 11:42am On Aug 28, 2020 |
Kinematics:it was true, initially that was what Udom actually planned on doing but it was met with protest and resistance by labour Congress so he backed off. Those two people you mentioned above sha they're just trying to give the state a good image cos majority of you lots are known for belittling and underrating Akwa Ibomites, though the governors are not trying at all to improve on the situation of it's citizens but then the propaganda to over rate Udom has been so excessive. I'm currently going out with one female corper here and she said she actually choosed Akwa Ibom cos of the hyped and she actually thought AKS is a haven only to come down here and was disappointed. |

AkwaIbomMan: It's good to project your state in a good way. My only issue is projecting it with too many lies. Also doing it with mediocre projects. There are certain things that needs to be celebrated and others does not at all, especially in this 21st century. For now AKS is only good for retirees. If you want stress free and peaceful life. But if you are a young person with big ambitions and trying to break through, then run very far away from AKS. I mean run away with speed, unless you want to live in the 20th century while your mates are in the 21st century doing big things. |
Re: FAAC Shares N676.40bn July Allocation To FG, States, Lgs by AkwaIbomMan(m): 11:58am On Aug 28, 2020 |
Kinematics:@bolded you're right but majority of them use the gratuity to build a permanent house without investing on it, most use it to get shuttle buses, but their monthly pension funds barely last them for a month cos of the way things are costly here. If you're a young chap in Akwa Ibom with the zeal to hustle and get a better career then it's just to leave the state unless you have connections and maybe would be contented with the mediocre civil service while your contemporaries are making it big in other States |
