Things I got from watching compilations of Alhassan Yusuf 1) He is a tireless DM/CM that can run the field 2 times without breaking a sweat 2) He is an aggressive tackler like Ndidi 3) He is an above average passer 4) His first touch is not good enough making his second touch almost a tackle 5)He can't operate the ball in tight spaces 6)He is a decent dribbler Comparable player - Blaise Matuidi Good enough for the SE now? - No 6 Likes |

About HENRY ONYEKURU This is his chance. If he does well in Monaco then he is on his way to being a world class player. If he can have a good deason then the sky is the limit. I seriously hope he does well as he has been higly rated since he was 19 and he finally has his chance in a top 5 league. Now is his chance. The new coach likes him and will give him a chance and i beleive he will excell |

Subzero047: He needs to work on no 4 Despite that we can put him on the bench or use him in our junior teams. This is why i regret we missed the Olympics but anyway he can still come from the bench and play for 10 to 15 minutes in a friendly or even a competitive match against a weak country |

Subzero047: I have seen his clips too and will say he is more similar to Chelsea's ngolo kante than matuidi Kid is not the finish product yet buh his potential is crystal clear, all he needs is lil polishing. As for being good enough for the super eagles currently I don't think so buh with his current growth in a yr or 2 he is will be good enough for a place in the team's bench. 1 Like |

Above average players in the current Super Eagles: Wilfred Ndidi. Leon Balogun. Victor Osimhen. Henry Onyekuru. Samuel Chukwueze. Alex lwobi. Moses Simon. Chidera Ejuke should be in the list, but he is to get an invitation first, and then feature, to get a deserved reckoning. The listing above was drafted based on the impact the listed can exert when featured for at least 30 minutes. 1 Like |

Greek giants Olympiacos want to upstage Portuguese champions FC Porto to sign Zaidu Sanusi from Santa Clara while counting on the help of Cristiano Ronaldo’s famous agent, according to various reports. Record reported that Zaidu, 23, is now very much on the radar of Olympiacos, who have the millions to spend on him after they recently sold Costas Tsimikas to Premier League champions Liverpool. Porto have long been linked with the speedy Kebbi-born leftback, but his club have since come out to say they are yet to receive a formal bid from the champions of Portugal. It has now also been revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo agent, Jorge Mendes, has now been brought into the proposed transfer. Olympiacos enjoy a good relationship with Mendes and hope that will work in their favour to beat Porto to this transfer target, who could also play as a stopper and in midfield. |

Monaco manager Niko Kovac has rated Henry Onyekuru as one of the best wingers in the French Ligue 1, reports Completesports.com. Onyekuru failed to earn regular playing time under former coach Leonardo Jardim following his arrival from Premier League club Everton last summer. The winger featured in four league games before he was sent out on loan to Turkish outfit Galatasaray in January. Monaco turned down advances from Galatasaray to extend his loan deal at the end of last season. Having spent few weeks working under Kovac, the Nigeria international has already impressed the Croatian who is expecting big things from the former Anderlecht star. “You have certainly seen how we played against AZ. We played well, we were well prepared to line up in a 4-3-3. But the system is not important to me, it is mainly the attitude of the players that I watch,” Kovac told a news conference on Friday. “Henry and Gelson bring us work on the wings, we know their qualities. I have confidence in them, and I think we have one of the best pair of wingers in France.” Monaco will host Stade Reins in their opening game of the season at the Stade Louis-11 on Sunday. 1 Like |

Talking about N. Nwakali Rohr: "I saw him in Egypt for the U-23 qualifiersfor Olympics. He’s a good player but his club career is not easy. He deserves to play more and I hope he will get more game time". As soon as this boy could play couple of marches he will be handed a starting position in the Eagles, immediately |

IDENNAA: The bolded is what some people here don't want to see. Like I said a number of weeks ago, Kelechi Nwakali has always been part of the national team set up. All he just needs is to start playing more games for his club and he will get an invite, though not a starting shirt. Samson Tijani is another one for the future. But let's see him at the U20s first and then we'll know if he is progressing well or not. 1 Like |
