I've once used Chrisvicmall and they were seriously on top of their game especially with the customer service, there was a time they went on break but I don't know if they are back

I wanted to try Funkam but scrolling through chats and seeing the way he relates with customers gives me doubt.. It's understandable for any brand to have issues but the way we react to those issues matters a lot.

I saw tugrow too but I've not seen any reviews.

I need recommendations as to know which to try.

It's easy for a client who has no genuine claims to come on board and put a dark spot on a brand. It takes a lot to build a brand.

I still see you as being at fault no matter what customers are king, to grow your business you need to know how to manage your customer and your tone when interacting with customers.

Am very sure its the way you handle the situation that made him escalate it here, 1$ wont kill the guy but your way of approach is very bad which will hinder another prospective customer like me from approaching your company.

Always try to make your customers leave you with happy face even when you are unable to satisfy them completely it goes a long way, your bad attitude wont take you far.

The issue is that some clients always try to play smart. I have read so many times when a client will give a threat that if we don't do this or that, then they will have to result to calling us out.

I believe an agent should also have a voice.
The 1 dollar might look small, but to an agent it's a lot because the bulk of funds go to the airline.

For clarification the issue had be sorted out. We thank God it was an happy ending for both parties

Yes I did. He procured and delivered my goods intact but the weight was increased by 3.3kg as I measured on my own scale. He argued that his scale is ok. So expect increase in the kg delivered above the real kg. I have also experienced that with some other person even the ones that claim integrity so it seems it is their culture.
The next goods he will deliver, I will try my scale and some other scales to confirm and if that increase happens I will also report. Trust I will report it the way it is.

My point still remains our choice of words, expressions and attitude when tackling those issues are very vital. Sometimes, when customers have issues, you have to take into consideration that they also have customers who are also on their neck.

When you flare up at customers, you are indirectly putting them in a panic mode --- a situation where they won't know what updates to give to their customers --- which in turn might make them lose their own personal reputation

When you soothe customers, you're giving them a surge of positive energy needed to control their own reaction to their customers which will in turn favour both sides

Yes! Not everyone can be satisfied but you can portray yourself in a way that everyone will know you have tried your best.

I once had issues with a shipping company in March, as critical as the issue was (that made me lose two customers and a huge loss on my side) the account officer assigned to me offered me a good customer service, and let me tell you that for that reason, I resolved not to drag the issue out in public because I knew even though he was just an employee, he tried his best.
