Skill is learnt.. Yes!

Talent can equally be learnt and perfected...

Like I've been saying, some are naturally born with a certain talent. It's innate in them. But if they don't learn and work on that Talent, it can never be harnessed..

Others may not be born with a certain talent but can learn and perfect that talent and become talented in it..

When these two people come out and show their craft, you would have no choice but to say they are both talented even though one wasn't born with it...
