the dutch league right from time have served as a nursery to bigger leagues in europe. ejuke in just a season have done enough to attract interest from one of the most decorated teams in russian football so to me i do not see it as a step down.

zenith, cska and spartak moscow are top teams in russia with decent rating in european football. also we have to put into consideration the pay package he will be offered at cska which i believe will triple his current pay at heereveen. every player must not end up in laliga or the epl before they will be acknowledged as top players. if he performs well in cska he will definitely earn a move to a better league and club.

judging from where he is coming from i endorse the move

Danielnino00:

Moving from Netherlands to Russia isnt really a step up.. The Russian league may be ranked higher than the Dutch league, but it's not better...
The Dutch league has a better pedigree when it comes to developing young players than Russia..

But CSKA Moscow is a big team! Regular competitors in Europe.. That is the biggest advantage I can see here..

A few season of good football in the league and European competitions could see him move to a top 5 league..

Shu...I no compare players na,I didn't say one player is better Dan d oda because he won more trophies, dts hell NO...chrisooblog got my opinion perfectly... Maybe he can explain to u better...

But u did.. .
U were using Coman as a example of what a world class player should look like...because he as won many trophies..
O wrong na!

Coman isn't anywhere near world class.. his career statistics are at best average! He won't make any list of the top 10 or top 20 wingers in the world currently, but I assure you,Ndidi would make any list of the top 10 or top 20 best defensive midfielders in the world at the moment grin

That's true if Milik does stay. That would make Petagna third choice even. Anyway, the Italian window officially opens Sept 1 so there is lot of time for business to be done. Napoli are still expected to bring in a few more faces too but I think they are not getting Gabriel anymore coz KK is likely to stay unless one of the two Manchester Clubs matches ADL'S valuation or gets close to it. Time will tell.

Just glad to see our #9 getting down to training business at his new side.

I always feel most strikers would love to play with an hard working and intelligent Osimhen. At his last 2 clubs he had a good relationship with his backups. Milik is a quality striker and I feel he can help Osimhen along on and off the field. I don't see any club coming with say 10-20m for him at these times so I feel that may be the best option.

True. That actually skipped my mind when I posted. He is done with his Gaziantep loan. As for moving whether on loan again or permanently, time will tell.

forgiveness:

Has Kayode gone back to Turkey? The last I checked he is currently with Sharktar Doneskt and has been given number 80 for this season. Don't know if he's going to stay or move.

Look at a Barca fan from Barcabraugranes suggesting Barca should get Fabian Ruiz or ndidi than van de Beek ,thou they play in different positions, this should tell us a lot about ndidi

The person suggesting is not Nigerian or a african

Even some Liverpool fans wanted Klopp to sign him after his performance in one of our game against Leicester 2 seaaons ago.. I think he made 10 tackles + interception in that game..

He is highly rated in England..that's for sure.

There could be some aspects of his game that some coaches don't really fancy, that's why they aren't in a hurry to sign him..
But he is definitely among the best in his position at the moment..

Thank God for statistics, otherwise players like Ndidi will always be underappreciated because the dirty job they do on the pitch aren't always visible to fans who are more interested in the goals, running and showboating that goes on the pitch...

I wanted to argue till I saw when you said going to cska Moscow is the biggest advantage

If ejuke is going to another club apart from cska spartak and zenith I would have been against it

Well,I didn't say the move will be a step down...
But it isn't exactly a step up either..

CSKA Moscow being bigger than Heereven is the biggest plus I can find here...
It's not totally a bad move anyway... As long as he puts in decent stats... In a few years time,he should bag a move to the top 5 league...

But if he decides to stay at Heereven and improve on his performance from last season,he can stop bag a move to the top 5 league, because like you said, ghe Dutch league has always been a nursery for bigger leagues in Europe...

Hmmm... I see your angle but ADL seems bent on selling Milik eventually. Milk hasn't renewed and all we wait for is time to see what happens and where he does end up.

I am talking in relation to our nigerian players been easily tagged as world class wout anything to show for it.I am of d opinion dt if a player wants to b tagged as world class must av a very rich CV(d only player dt fits dis criteria for me as a Nigerian player for d past 10years is Mikel,CONSISTENCY AND ALSO TROPHIES(BOTH COUNTRY AND CLUB)..dts just my opinion, not dt I am.comparing players with each oda wink

U av agreed with what I am saying already ,wc is d player must win something substantial cool
Then you put asides the comparism of luck in the equation. To me this yardstick go long o. Cos we have many fa cup winners that aren't wc one bit. Thats why I'd love the more definiteness of contribution to that trophy won.

Barca are not serious, so they still sticking with Messi

Subzero047:

They could have gotten atleast 15 million for Suarez, terminating his contract was ill thought and an insult to Suarez
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 4:12pm On Aug 24, 2020
Ndidi is most definitely Top 7 in the world for DMs. Leading or coming Top 2 in tackling and interceptions stats for the past three EPL seasons is no small feat. In defensive actions across Europe this past season, Ndidi bested the likes of Casemiro, Partey, Fabinho, and all other DMs. Only Camavinga bested Ndidi in one defensive stat parameter but Ndidi trumped in all others.

Ndidi's ball recovery rate is also elite and among the best if not the #1 in Europe today. This season, we witnessed his massive improvements in his progressive passing into the final third.

Ndidi is a mad talent and arguably world class, grossly unappreciated by some in here.
