Jesus hung for atleast three hours in pains and sorrow carrying your sins on himself so that you could escape that unfortunate fate of eternity in the lake of fire.

He died in plains for your soul, so that hell will not take hold on your soul.

What you need to do to be saved?

God will give you his Spirit, which will empower you to live a victorious life above sin.

It's a place of ABSOLUTE peace, joy, freedom, and any other positive emotion you can think of that the world can't give you. Hell offers the exact opposite.
