Ofcourse, but on premium players. I noticed that our competitors are going for players from lower clubs, which eases their negotiation, whereas United goes for those fully established.

Going for those at lower clubs (not in the EPL) will actually ease the negotiation issues. The scouts are responsible for this one.

See the difference. BVB needs a replacement before letting Sancho leave, but United offloaded a lot of players without any replacements in sight.

This Sancho issue isn't Woodward, it's the Glazers. United still needs to pay wages and commission after the initial 108m transfer fee.

BVB can easily get a replacement, considering how they purchase players. His replacement will probably be gotten for 25m or so
