You? Messi slander? It's fitting that you are a Ronaldo fanboy.
Only Ronaldo keeps yelling, "I am the best. I am great. Nobody does it like me" as it stems from deep-rooted insecurity, watered by the voyéurism of seeing other more gifted and tactful players get all the adulation and adoration even without actively craving the spotlight.

It's why you need to sign off every comment of yours with "-Lord" 'cause you need to keep reiterating the falsity to yourself like an LSD junkiè topping up on the drug before any withdrawal symptom becomes obvious.

Of course you are a Penaldo fan through and through - members of the Gansterhood of Insecured Voyeûrs. smiley

You just sent clownadamx value to zero with this uppercut

The thrashiest thrash ever typed by a human.

You want to compare Barca and Sevilla and you leave out the achievements of both teams and start extrapolating to a 3rd team?

Which kain stupidity be this one?

*Sevilla have not finished ahead of Barca the last 10 seasons and you say they are better because of Roma?
*Sevilla has a far inferior head to head and you say they are better because of Roma.?
*Sevilla have not made the UCL semi final in ages and you say they are better because of Roma?
*Barca have won 8 league titles recently and Sevilla none but they are better because of Roma? And then there are people liking the post?

Is your brain filled with sawdust or what?
I agreed with the guy you blasted. We have relied on Messi brilliance for far too long. While it brought us lots of waoooh moments, in the last four years, it has brought nothing but heartbreak and devastation. So we must try something different. Learn to play as team again.

I am completely unperturbed with Messi announcements that he wishes to leave. While I'll miss him as best player in the world, I think it is right step in right direction for Barcelona as a team. We'll suffer first but a good coach should be able to get the team back to its foot without him.

Jon Snow! Messi is the only reason Barcelona still has a "pattern of football". Barça's signature football style has been tiki taka.
All of Barcelona's era of dominance have been heralded by the tiki taka style of football - the early 90's, the late 90's, the mid-2000's, Pep Guardiola era. All of those nostalgic periods of dominance were so because of tiki taka and fit-for-style players.
Messi is the one true Barca player left who still embodies the tiki taka philosophy.

Any other pattern of football isn't Barcelona. There's nothing to discover - it's like a whale trying to see if would thrive in the Sahara Desert.

The Luis Enrique era murdered tiki taka and the only reason Barcelona has been dominating Spain and winning medals in the last 3 years is simply due to Messi - topping scoring, assists, passing and dribbling charts all by himself. Winning games all by himself.

Stats don't freaking lie! You want to become ike Real Madrid fans who have cruel selective amnesia? Tell one single player who has consistently and singlehandedly decided the fate of his team like Messi in the last decade? Mention just one with statistics and I'd come with mine to counter you.

Who has been there for him? Who has held it together when he was injured? Has he not forced himself to play even without fully recovering season after season? Has he not come back to top all charts?
Messi is the reason Barcelona hasn't spiralled down to the level of AC Milan in the last 3 years.
Yes, fans and players would beg him; and, mark my words, there'd soon be a crowd on the streets of Barcelona begging Messi to stay. It's never happened but it will happen. That's how reliant on him Barcelona has been.
Just imagine what a grown ass man is saying especially@the bolded, so if Barcelona doesn't play tiki-taka, the club should be shut down because they can never play another pattern of football and succeed, right? undecided

Okay, you agree that Barca is not on Sevilla's level?
Alright..

We've been over this, over and over and over again;

What Barca needs to do is to get their acts together and buy a player that can complement Messi.
Like they did Neymar.

Even Dembele was on his way to becoming another good outlet to play through but for injuries.

Not stacking up mediocre and one dimesional players like Griezman.

All of us here have the right to do our fanship however we want.

For me, it would hurt to see Messi leave at 33; not because he's no longer the best player in the world;
but because the club cannot fathom a method of playing a plan B.?

In another 2 years we can think of letting Messi go but letting him go now smirks of pure foolishness and arrogance.

You're just postponing the doomsday. If he can leave next year or next two years, why not leave now? Messi has given all he can for the club. With Messi, we looked like a school boy team against Bayern. Do you think it can be any worse? I don't think. We may never be banging in lots of goals when he leaves but we won't look like a school boy club again. Players will rise to be more responsible.

Looking at what transpired against Napoli,
Without Messi do you think you would have qualified to play Bayern in the quarter final?

Messi has given his best to the club, what he'll give in the next 2-3 years if he'll stay will not be more than what he has given in the last 5 years, and in those years, we didn't win the UCL, so, Messi leaving now is good for him, but also may be a blessing in disguise for Barcelona smiley

You continue to blame Messi for the incompetence of a bunch of other professional players.

This is baffling and disappointing.

*2017/18 season in the UCL.
Messi 6 goals
Suarez 1 goal
Dembele 1 goal
Rakitic 1 goal
Could any team in the world be more useless to its star player than this?

All that Barca needed was for someone not named Messi to rise up to the occasion and score 1 goal against Roma.
But none would, it must be Messi again.
And if Messi doesn't he has made the team a school boy team.

*2018/19 season in the UCL.
Messi 12 goals
Coutinho 3 goals
Dembele 3 goals
Pique 2 goals
Suarez 1 goal
Could any team in the world be more useless to its star player than this?

All Barca needed was for someone else not named Messi to defend his salary and score just 1 goals against Liverpool. But none would.
It had to be Messi. Otherwise he was drawing the team backward.

I have given instances with Madrid, Liverpool and Bayern when several other players rose up to the occasssion and bailed the team out when their star players were having a bad game.

But for Barca Messi has to be responsible for scoring every goal up to the final.

It must be Messi to score every crucial goal from the group stage to the final.

Frankly people like you continue to give these idiotic trolls the inpetus to continue to display their inherited stupidity on this Messi issue.

But do you really think now is the best time to leave? No, it is the worst time to leave. It's not about postponing the doomsday, it is about preparing adequately for the doomsday.

Are we prepared to lose Messi right now? We have been debating on the effect of selling most of our players, there is almost a consensus for Pique and Busquets to remain just because we don't want a destabilized squad that will be lacking in experience and leadership. And now you people think Messi leaving now is the best. We can as well sell all the old players and buy fresh players, so that we can start all over again, then we will see how far we will go.

When Koeman went to Everton and bought almost an entire starting 11, how did it end for him? It ended in tears. Is this the kind of risk you want?

It's all too clear to see that Messi really spoilt these ungrateful Barca fans.

Completely spoilt and over pampered.

Even the champions league they are crying and biitching about, only Real Madrid have been more successful than Barca in the Messi era.

Real Madrid 4
Barca 3
Bayern 1
Liverpool 1
Chelsea 1

Why is Messi winning the champions league so much bigger than all the problems of the world.?
